The house was designed by an architect and shows in every detail, including the beautiful furniture on both the inside and outside. Large screened porch where you can spend hours taking in the breathtaking mountain views. The South Colony trailhead and Rainbow trail, which lead to several 14ers, 52 lakes, and hundreds of miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and horseback riding trails, are both within walking distance.

The space

You have full use of the cabin. The bathroom has a large, two-person soaking tub and a handheld shower (the cabin does not have a walk-in shower). A white modern farmhouse-style bathroom has a vanity with two sinks. The cabin’s main area features high-end furnishings and contemporary, rustic decor. There is a dining area, a full kitchen, and a dressing room with a washer and dryer. The screened yard has a swing, enormous sectional, firepit and dinette table. Due to the property’s 100% solar power, electric vehicles cannot be charged here.
